Senior Executive of Siemens Goes to RAM Capital Resources

Michael Coiley will join RAM Capital Resources of NYC as Managing Director of its secured lending fund.

Coiley, formerly Sr. VP and Group Head of Commercial Equipment Finance group at Siemens Financial Services, Inc., the North American division of Siemens AG.

During his 20 years of experience, Coiley has been responsible for all aspects of managing loan transition from origination through closing.

Coiley joins Michael Fein and Stephen Saltzstein as co-portfolio managers of the Shelter Island Opportunity Fund, RAM’s secured lending fund. The fund, launched in June of 2006, is at 48.37% since inception and 18.95% year to date.

Michael Fein, spoke of the addition, “We have incubated the fund for over one year now with positive performance each month since inception. We’re excited to have Mike join our team to help build our infra-structure as we continue to grow and fully realize the scalability of our Fund. His broad experience will also add value as we look to launch an offshore fund towards the end of the year.”
